Coach, Facilitator, Developer of Academy of Inner Development, an Education and Support Platform, Developer of Integrative Astrology, a Somatic and Conscious Awareness Tool

I am a mother, wife, teacher, business owner, conscious parent coach, practice group facilitator, developer of Integrative Tools for Wellbeing, Academy of Inner Development, and Integrative Astrology.

I am a Certified Parent Consultant and Coach, Transparent Communication Practice Group Leader, Integrative Tools and Embodied Awareness coach and facilitator.  I’ve studied Conscious Healing for Practitioners, Trauma Informed Leadership, Collective Trauma Awareness, and Transparent Communication with Thomas Hubl; Counseling for Astrologers, Transformational Astrology, and mentored with Mark Jones, psycho-therapist and astrologer; and mentored with Eva Giedt, psycho-therapist and transparent communication instructor, on developing sensory integration skills and subtle awareness and attunement capacities.

I study and use the work of Byron Katie, School for The Work, and Thomas Hubl, author of Healing Collective Trauma.  Dan Siegel, Peter Levine, Bessel Van Der Kolk, Stephen Porges, Carl Jung, Dan Siegel, and great spiritual masters and texts such as the Tao Te Ching, the Bible, The Buddha, J. Krishnamurti, Ramana Maharshi, and Nisargadatta Maharaj are all masters in their field and I learn from them every day.

The culmination of  the years of studying these great teachers has lead  me to a creative development of an embodied somatic approach to awakening and healing through the use of sensory integration, self-inquiry, and the archetypes of the natural zodiac, called Integrative Astrology.

I’ve listed a bunch of labels above describing myself and my family, but the truth is, I know there’s a deeper true nature to all of us, and it is not any of those concepts.  The way I came to this understanding was by living through trauma and integrating the fragments of my life that were frozen in time.  This work is the most important and challenging thing I’ve ever done.  Learning to be completely with ourselves and our uncomfortable parts makes us whole.  And wholeness opens our awareness to a broader and more intimate perspective and a synchronous flow with life. I can’t think of anything more valuable than that, and so the work continues.
